Reading from December 5, 2012 yoga class
After training with Judith Lasater and studying restorative yoga and training with Jennifer Reis and studying yoga nidra, this is what Wednesday classes are going to focus on. We will be doing about 30-35 minutes of yoga poses (asana) and then restorative yoga and or yoga nidra. How much of restorative and yoga nidra will depend on the day. There may be some days where it is yoga poses and restorative. Some days may be more of a focus on gentle yoga poses and ending with yoga nidra, and then some days maybe just restorative!! We'll see how it goes. Here's my reading from the wonderful, wild and succulent author, SARK.
