Reading from Thursday morning Rise and Shine Yoga, October 1, 2015
From the book "365 Yoga: daily meditations" by Julie Rapport
Like water being wrung from a cloth, the process of yoga drains us of past conditioning. Negative habits are replaced with more positive habits. Yoga unpacks us particle by particle, cell by cell. Its integrative force pulls us together again. Like fearless explorers, we dive into the body unwinding the knots that bind. We then begin to live in tune with the energies of the subtle body, or at least we can catch moments of this.
Thanks for posting, Julie. I'm going to share this with a Hanover College class today. :)
