The following is from the book "Meditations on Intention and Being" by Rolf Gates
"The piano has a finite number of keys, yet musicians can compose an infinite number of songs on them. The English alphabet has a finite number of letters, yet poets can write an infinite number of poems with them. Numbers on a chalkboard exist in two dimensions, yet scientist have been able to use them to plot a course across the stars and through the solar system. The limitations of our world offer the limitless the possibility of form. Our imaginations offer the limitless an endless number of worlds to create."
Our yoga poses are expressed in limitless ways... endless possibilities. All depends on our intention and our attention.
